Coaching is _____________________.

What is coaching to you?  Stressful?  Overwhelming?  Scary?  

Whatever you think of the blurry grown-up in the background, the coaches set the tone, build character, and help our kids learn how to be better.  Better at the sport?  Sure.  But, better at handling challenges in life and growing through those opportunities.

You don't need much experience, but the kids in our community need you!  The Junior Cardinal teams do not exist without a coach as the nucleus to get it all started.   It helps to have played the game before and to know the rules, but what we need is willingness.   Willingness to be there and take them to the next level of skill in sport and life.   

We think coaching is a ministry.

Most of us are parents of a player on the team.  We love this sport because of what it has meant to us.  It was scary at first, but help is there when you look around and talk to others.  Parents are what make this program go.   Thanks to all the parents who have helped coach in the past!
