​Students will need to register in two places.  New instructions for registering for the 2025-2026 school year.   

1) AJC is using Ultracamp to register all participants  (REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS)

• Helpful Information for Ultracamp

  • It is likely you will need a new account even if you used Ultracamp with other programs (like the Partnership or summer camps)

  • We will be having everyone register twice a year, just like you would for the Partnership.

  • It is assumed that you will sign up for both semesters of your child's sport since all of them have Fall and Spring components, but only Fall is available to sign up for now.  

  • Fees

    • $400 for Jr High/Middle School program ($200/semester)

    • $600 for JV sports ($300/semester)

    • $700 for Varsity sports ($350/semester)

  • The discount code "Partnership" should be chosen if you are registering students also in the Berrien Springs Partnership.  This will cover 100% of the semester costs.

  • The Partnership will only cover one (1) sport.  Their rules. 

  • Multi-sport students cannot use Partnership money to cover multiple sports so families will have to cover the fee for the second sport.

  • Credit Card Payment system is available in Ultracamp and will need to be paid off by the Dec 17, 2025 (TouchNet payment system in places as of 8/20/2025)

  • Don't worry if you get JV versus Varsity incorrect.  We can easily moved your child to the proper team after Tryouts. Please register your child.

2) With the Berrien Springs Partnership Program - This program will provide payment for your child's participation in the AJC athletic programs, but it will only cover one of the sports your child is in. 

• Parents will need to need to register for the fall & spring semesters for one sport to cover the fee, typically.

• **ALL STUDENTS MUST RE-REGISTER EACH SEMESTER IF THEY WISH TO CONTINUE IN THE PROGRAM**

• FALL 2025 Registration will begin Monday, July 28th at 9:00 a.m. and continue only through Friday, Aug. 8th at 5:00 p.m. for non-public (homeschool and BSPS area private school) students.  BSPS students may continue to register through Aug. 25th.

​There are many costs to run the Jr Cardinal program, and they are increasing!  We are seeing increases in equipment, gym & field rentals, and referee prices.
